Deutsche Schule Melbourne is looking for an OSHC Educator to join our independent bilingual primary school in Fitzroy North, Victoria.

About this position:

- Commencement date: as soon as possible.
- Part-time position: Mon – Fri, 3pm – 6pm during school term weeks / Full days during one week per school holidays / Potential to gradually increase working hours with growing demand.
- Permanent contract.

Your profile:


You…

- Hold a Valid Victorian Working With Children Check
- Have Australian Work Rights
- Hold an ACECQA approved qualification for school aged care, such as Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) OR you

You are a great candidate if you:

- display enthusiasm and commitment, and enjoy working with primary school aged children.
- demonstrate high standards of behaviour.
- communicate clearly and appropriately with colleagues, parents and students.
- actively ensure understanding of DSM policies and procedures, act in accordance with them and promote successful implementation.
- already have some work experience working with children.

Speaking German is a great asset, but is not required.
